We carried out various work at Bella Pizza, including supplying and installing a a stainless steel canopy complete with extract and input air systems, and supplying and fitting wall cladding.

• Curry Cottage (Peak District)

We supplied and installed extract ducting, a silencer, 45 degree bends complete with bird mesh, anti-vibration mounts and sleeves. We also supplied and fitted supply air.

• Newby Hall Garden Restaurant (Ripon, North Yorkshire)

• Elif 2, Sheffield (South Yorkshire)

We fitted a bell-shaped charcoal canopy, charcoal grill, stainless steel tabling and wall cladding, all in circle-polished stainless steel.

• Olive Tree, Eastwood (Nottinghamshire)

We supplied and installed 2 No. stainless steel canopies (1 ‘L’ shaped and 1 wall canopy), comprising of 500 x 500 stainless steel baffle filters, grease clean-out drawers, LED down lights and personal supply air grills fitted to the underside of the canopies.

Both canopies used the same extract system, comprising of 560dia ducting, 560 contra rotating fan, 560dia silencer and 560dia high velocity cowl. The supply air for the ‘L’ shaped canopy consisted of 350dia mixed flow fan, 350dia ducting and weather louvre completed with insect mesh.

• Marmaris Turkish Restaurant (Sheffield)

We supplied and fitted a charcoal grill and cladding in a lovely circle polished finish to give it the ‘wow factor’. We also supplied a number of fabrications including a stainless steel cupboard, table and wall shelf.

• Akbar’s Dynasty, Darlington (County Durham)

We supplied and installed a stainless steel wall canopy measuring 5200 x 1200 at this Indian restaurant, and also fitted a supply air as well as a new 500dia contra rotating fan, 8m ducting, silencer and cowl.

• Jerome’s Pavillion, Bridlington (East Yorkshire)

At Jerome’s Pavillion, located on Bridlington’s picturesque seafront, Dolphin supplied and installed a stainless steel wall canopy measuring 2.4 long x 1300 deep, complete with extract system exiting the roof, and also fitted stainless steel wall cladding  at 2.4 running metres, supply air via the roof, and finally a stainless steel prep station.

• Whitby’s Fish & Chip Shop, Rotherham (South Yorkshire)

Nothing is too much trouble for the team at Dolphin Catering Fabrications. Our fitters attended Whitby’s Fish & Chip Restaurant in Rotherham at 5am on a Monday morning to make alterations to the existing takeaway counter.

We manufactured a new section incorporating an existing door & hatch. Our fitters were on site early so that the restaurant could open at 11am ready for all their hungry customers.

• Riverside Fish & Chips, Manningtree (Essex)

Riverside fish and chips are an established family run business in the heart of Manningtree offering delicious takeaway meals.

Our fitters travelled from Sheffield to fit and install a stainless steel wall canopy – extract type only measuring 2900 x 1300 complete with a 9m ducting cowl and fan. We also supplied and installed stainless steel wall cladding 2.9 running metres and a supply air non mechanical via external wall

• Sidhus Fish & Chips, Grimsby 

Grimsby is famous for its fresh fish especially with the Grimsby Fish dock close by.

The team at Dolphin Catering manufactured, supplied and installed a stainless steel wall canopy measuring 2700 x 1200 complete with 9m ducting at the local Sidhus Fish & Chip Shop, where we also supplied stainless steel wall cladding 12 running metres x 3m high.

• Riverside Chambers, Derby

We were asked to were asked to supply an additional canopy extension to go over the Fryers at Riverside Chambers in Derby.

Riverside Chambers is a former courthouse that has been transformed into an office complex, complete with its very own catering facilities.

• Hungry Dragon, Doncaster

Wow what an absolute wonderful transformation to “The Wool Market” in Doncaster.

Dolphin Catering have supplied and installed steel fabrications to a number of the establishments based in The Wool Market, the latest of which was “The Hungry Dragon” which offers delicious Asian Food.

We supplied and installed a Stainless Steel Canopy measuring 1950 long x 1000 deep complete with ducting connecting into the existing system, plus stainless steel wall cladding under the canopy area and a fire rated MDF board.

What a lovely burger restaurant serving lunch, dinner, drinks coffees and much much more ideal for families, Lou and Joe’s is very child friendly.

We supplied and installed a stainless steel extension canopy measuring 2700 x 800 x 500 connecting into existing canopy.

• Urban Burger, Parkgate, Rotherham

Brand new Urban Burger coming soon to the Parkgate Centre at Rotherham.

We supplied and installed a brand new stainless steel wall canopy measuring 6.5m long x 1.2m deep. Complete with 12 500 x 400 stainless steel baffle filters, 6 grease clean out drawers, 6 LED lights and double deflection grills, as well as an extract and supply system.

We also supplied numerous items including square stainless steel wash basins, sinks and interlock panel with emergency button.

Lovely family friendly pub that has its own restaurant and function room with karaoke and regular live music nights.

The team from Dolphin Catering Fabrications supplied and installed a stainless steel wall canopy, complete with bulk head lights and a 500 dia fan mounted into a purpose made box.

We also provided supply air via an external wall, mechanical and stainless steel wall cladding under the canopy area and to the right and left hand sides.

Dolphin Catering supplied and installed a stainless steel hood and a 315dia mixed flow fan. Our fitters arrived on site, as requested by the owner after 2pm, so that the Brunch Break could still meet their customers needs for that day, and cause the minimum disruption to their working day.
