We supplied and installed stainless steel wall canopy (extract type only) measuring 3600 x 1100 complete with bulk head lights. We also supplied and installed an extract system consisting of long-cased axial fan, fan flanges, speed controller, spiral tube, 90 degree segmented bends, silencer, roof terminal complete with bird guard.
Finally, we supplied and installed a stainless steel wall cladding under canopy.
We took down and removed the old canopy, and supplied and installed a brand new stainless steel wall canopy (extract type only) measuring 2800×1100, complete with a 450dia plate fan mounted into a purpose-made box fitted on the outside wall.
We also supplied and installed supply air via an external wall, comprising of a 315dia plate fan mounted into a purpose-made box complete with double deflection grill, weather louvre and insect mesh as well as stainless steel wall cladding under canopy and to right-hand side (3.9 running metres).
We supplied and installed a stainless steel wall canopy measuring 1670 x 1200, complete with extract system. We also fitted stainless steel wall cladding (4.5 running metres) and supply air via an external wall.
We supplied and installed stainless steel canopies measuring 4300 x 1550 and 3850 x 1200, as well as a supply air system and stainless steel wall cladding under the canopy at 9.35 running metres.
We also supplied dirties tables, cleans tables and a sink unit complete with 400 x 400 x 250 bowl and 3 no. drawers overshelf, hot cupboards and heated gantries.
At Wagon Load of Lime, a quaint village pub, we removed the window, clad in stainless steel, and then fitted a new filter housing to the inside of the window and a 350dia plate fan mounted into a purpose-made box on the outside window. Our fitters were on-site by 7.30am to ensure minimum disruption to the establishment’s owners.
Dolphin removed the existing fan and ducting and fitted a new 450dia plate fan in a purpose-made box. We also fitted ducting outside and removed and redirected the extract to create more extraction from the canopy and redirect noise emissions.
We fitted and installed a stainless wall canopy (extract type only) measuring 4500 x 1200 at this pub in Leicester. This canopy was complete with an extract fan and ducting exiting the rear of building at a 90 degree bend. We also installed supply air via a window.
Dolphin installed a new 450dia, long cased axial fan as well as 2 no. 450 to 400 reducers fitted to the existing ducting.
Another busy day for our fitters travelling to the Wirral to take down and remove an old canopy from the Leasowe Community Centre, before installing a new extract type only canopy.
This consisted of 3 stainless steel baffle filters, mixed flow fan, ducting and a high velocity cowl. Supply Air was also supplied & fitted via an external wall comprising of a plate fan mounted into a purpose made box complete with weather louvre, insect mesh & double deflection grills. Stainless Steel Wall Cladding was also fitted under canopy area.

Recently our fitters travelled to Delamere Forest Golf Club in Cheshire where we manufactured, supplied and installed a stainless steel wall canopy measuring 3200 x 1500 complete with extract system, also supply air, stainless steel ducting and stainless steel wall cladding.
