• Alfreton Park Community Special School (Alfreton, Derbyshire)

We supplied and installed an island-type ventilation system with a ‘T’ support frame and passive air. We also supplied a stainless steel wall cupboard.

• Arkwright Primary School (Chesterfield, Derbyshire)

We supplied and installed a stainless steel island canopy, ducting and stainless steel wall cladding.

• Findern Community Primary (Derby, Derbyshire)

We supplied and installed a stainless steel canopy with ‘T’ support frames and passive air, and supplied various other catering fabrications including tabling and wall benches.

• Kensington Junior School (Derby, Derbyshire)

We supplied and installed a stainless steel canopy complete with ducting, fans and passive air. In addition, all ductwork and fans were powder coated in the customer’s choice of colour.

• Ormiston Academy (Ilkeston, Derbyshire)

We took down and removed 2 No extract fans and 1 No. 315 tube fan from the site and replaced them with new fans. We also supplied and installed an input system.

• Ripley Infants School (Derby, Derbyshire)

We supplied and installed a stainless steel canopy and full ventilation system per the customer’s specification.

• Swanbourne House School (Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire)

We supplied and installed a new stainless steel extract system, comprising of a new extract system connecting to the existing condense hood, egg and plate grills, ducting and mixed flow fans.

We also supplied and installed a new supply air system comprising of 90 degree bends, 4-way diffuser grills fitted into a suspended ceiling, and weather louvre complete with insect mesh, and supplied a speed controller.

• Crossley Heath School (Halifax, West Yorkshire)

We fitted 400 x 400 ducting complete with egg grates and dampers with approximately 13 metres of duct work.

• Elmsleigh Infants School (Swadlincote, Derbyshire)

Dolphin installed and supplied a stainless steel wall/extract type canopy during the school holidays to cause minimum disruption. The canopy was complete with service spine chamber, passive air, ducting, fans and heater battery.

• Clowne Infants & Nursery School (Clowne, Derbyshire)

We installed a full ventilation system, including a 3200 x 300 Stainless Steel Canopy, ducting, fans, passive air, service spine, heater battery and infill panels.

We completed another fantastic job at Firs Primary School where we supplied and installed a stainless steel induction canopy complete with personnel vents and a central ‘V’ Bank.

• Sacred Heart School, Leasowe (Wirral)

Dolphin Catering supplied & fitted a supply air system via external wall at Sacred Heart School in Leasowe.

The system comprised of a plate fan mounted into a purpose made box, complete with 550 x 550 double deflection grills, and 550 x 500 wall louvre with insect mesh.

• Child 1st Day Nursery – (Coleshill, Warwickshire)

We supplied & fitted a stainless steel wall cladding beneath the existing canopy. We also supplied a new stainless steel sink.

• St Michael’s School (Hathersage, Derbyshire)

St Michael’s School is set in the lovely village of Hathersage in the Peak District.

Our fitters went to the school and replaced the old existing fan with a brand new one.

Dolphin Catering had the pleasure of manufacturing, supplying and fitting a stainless steel island canopy measuring 5600 x 3000 x 550 complete with LED lights, and a stainless steel service spine measuring 5400 long into this beautiful college.

• Heage Primary School, Belper (Derbyshire)

We took down a canopy and existing ducting in the kitchen area on both extract and supply air, and then refitted new rectangular ducting 450mm x 250mm, 6m ducting, with 2 No 90 degree bends and 2 no square to rounds.

• First Steps Nursery, Leeds (Yorkshire)

First Steps is a private day nursery based right in the heart of Horsforth, conveniently close to the A65, the Leeds Ring Road and The Froebelian School.

They are a highly rated nursery with an ethos that is driven by Miss Burton who is very experienced in the early years sector, having spent time as a fully qualified teacher and an Ofsted inspector. This, along with the support from the highly renowned Froebelian School, sets their nursery apart from the rest.

Dolphin Catering installed a stainless steel ventilation canopy & wall cladding at the school.

Eating is very important at First Steps offering a varied diet encourages children to experience and enjoy new flavours and textures, giving them the confidence they need to try new things. So having a properly ventilated kitchen area to prepare and cook food was important for the nursery.

• Brockwell Junior School – Chesterfield

We altered the existing extract system at Brockwell Junior School, comprising of 2 No 500dia silencers, 2 No 500dia deg bends, 1 No 500dia duct & 3 No brackets mounted onto big feet.

• Bolsover Infants & Nursery School – Chesterfield

Dolphin Catering manufactured, supplied & installed a Stainless Steel Island Canopy measuring: 2500 x 3200, a complete with extract system exiting the window to a 500dia plate, fan mounted into a purpose made box. We also installed Supply Air consisting of a 450dia fan, air filter, LPHW heater & all relevant ducting.
