The first in our new series of posts going behind-the-scenes to look at the amazing work being done by Dolphin’s engineers across the UK focuses on Tanskey’s Bistro Bar on Merseyside.
Tanskey’s Bistro Bar is a new family-run business in West Kirby on the Wirral, offering food and drink.
In a recent job Dolphin supplied and installed a stainless steel wall canopy. The canopy was installed complete with a fan, ducting and cowl.
The effect was to create an impressive, modern looking and hygienic catering environment for Tanskey’s staff.
